Sight words DVDs for kids

We just bought this 3 pack of DVD sight words. It is called “Meet the Sight Words” for our 4 year old. He loves watching them over and over. He even asked where is # 4. In a short time, he already learned a handful of sight words. We checked ebay and other sites. Amazon was the cheapest for the 3 DVD pack set. It was only $30 total. Trick Roping Lesson on making a rope

I like using a 15 ft. cotton rope for the basic rope tricks. Use electrical tape to tape the end of the rope so it does not fray. With the other end make a small loop (and eye for the rope to pass through, about 1 inch). Add a couple of penny’s for weight and tape it with electrical tape. There are many different techniques for making a rope, but this is an easy one, basic way to get started. Put the other end through the hole, and you are ready to start. Trick Roping Story in New Orleans

I was on my way to New Orleans for a trick roping job when the airlines lost my luggage with everything in it, my costumes, props, etc. The job was at 8:00 and my bags wouldn’t get there till 10:00. I spent the day going store to store looking for costumes, rope, and anything that would work for my act. The bus driver had a nephew that owned a bull whip. It worked. I stole,, um I mean borrowed, fake flowers from the casino lobby for my targets. And $250 later, ended up being able to put together a decent act. Although my rope was blue and white pool rope, my costume looked like I just walked off the page of a western clothing magazine, and I was minus my whole gun act, things went really well! So when things look impossible, don’t give up. Even with just a few hours to put an act together, use all your sources to get it done. After it was all said and done, I took myself down to the casino for a little poker. I ended up winning $260, so I guess that means I am $10 ahead of the game!!!!
